New 5-story (350,000 sf) building building with partial basement and mezzanine. Retail space and a parking garage on the 1st and mezzanine floors, with 265 apartments on floors 1 thru 5. Project will incorporate existing 2-story fire house from 1890 at the corner of Butler Street and McCandless Avenue.
